Hunker

As the founding editor of Hunker, I was given 30 days to transform a promising domain name into a fully-functional, beautiful website that people would want to revisit daily. Yep, I know, it was quite the task.

I developed an editorial strategy, voice, and style within that timeframe, complete with exclusive content and a killer tagline, “Inspiration for the space around you.” Hunker gained 10 million visitors a month after just 10 months. Safe to say that I created a strong foundation by my departure in 2017, but the site folded in 2023. Media.
